Dom Pérignon is vintage only. It can only be produced from grapes harvested in the same year. Given the demanding and unpredictable climate of the Champagne region, making a vintage champagne is both a challenge and an opportunity.
Dom Pérignon reinvents itself with each vintage. Each vintage is a unique creation, a harmonious dialogue between the character of the year and the signature of Dom Pérignon. After no fewer than 8 years of patient elaboration, the Dom Pérignon Vintage is reached.
The 2010 year began with unfavourable conditions that lasted for some time. However, the harvest began on September in idyllic conditions.
